Although our story as a brand doesn’t begin today, in many ways the 19th November 2013 (19/11 as 1911 was the year our founder and namesake was born ) seems the perfect day to officially begin Barney & Taylor’s journey online through this journal.

To whet your appetite, we’re currently in the process of an exciting renaissance as a brand. There will be a brand new Barney & Taylor collection available in the UK, Europe and internationally next year, including a full range of luxury, timeless leather jackets and accessories.

With a minimum requirement to last a lifetime, every aspect of our garments’ designs from stitching to the collars through to zip specification is currently being designed, sourced and developed to ensure both luxury and wearability. It seems somewhat ironic that our range will be adorned with the busy bee symbol which appears in our logo (and in the Manchester coat of arms), as busy bees is exactly what we are right now.

We’re confident that what we are creating will excite and inspire a whole new generation of customers so keep visiting us here at our journal for sneak previews of our range and the chance to not only be part of our unique story but to start your own with Barney & Taylor.
